Prodsight is priced based on your monthly customer conversation volume. This means that you will never have to pay for more than you use and Prodsight grows with you. You can start with a lower plan when your conversation volume is low and upgrade
when only when you outgrow your plan.

How do I know what my conversation volume is?
You can usually find your conversation volume in the reporting section of your data source. We have written a handy guide for some common data source providers.

What happens if I go over my plan limit?
Each plan gives you a monthly conversation allowance which resets every month. Prodsight syncs and analyses conversations on a daily basis.

Don't worry, we will not stop analysing conversations if you exceed the limit the first time. If you go over your allowance in a given month, we will let you know that you might need to upgrade your plan to the next tier.

However, if you fail to upgrade to the appropriate plan tier we might have to suspend the analysis of new incoming conversations.

Does Prodsight charge for analysing historic conversations?

All plans come with 6-month historic conversation analysis. This means that no matter what your historic volume was, it will get analysed as long as you pick the right plan for your current monthly conversation volume.
